Shanghai Longhua Sanctuary Fair is the biggest conventional sanctuary fair in Shanghai. It has a long history, and is held ceremoniously on the third day of the third month of Chinese schedule. It has now turned into an ordinary present day vacation destination in Shanghai, coordinating regular scene, old design, wares available to be purchased, society customs, social qualities, people stimulations, bites, and strict exercises.
Longhua Sanctuary, perhaps of the biggest Buddhist site in Shanghai, is where the fair happens. On the “sanctuary road” business markets encompass well known sanctuaries containing significant conventional culture. It extends from Maogong Scaffold on Longhua Street to the convergence of Zhongshan Street and Tianyao Extension Street.
During the fair travelers from China and abroad have a valuable chance to taste the popular Longhua veggie lover dishes, and can participate in one- – – day visit exercises held by local people.
Around evening time sightseers can partake in the inviting function held at the front square of Longhua Sanctuary with moving and singing, and visit the Sutra Lobby (Cangjinglou).
